If you’re using about 60 g/l, there’s only one way to screw it up, and that is by grinding to coarse. In that case the water will just run through the bed under a minute and your coffee ends up being too dilute. Fortunately, there are a few ways to fix that, so the game isn’t entirely over at that point. \n\nGrinding too fine isn’t really a problem either, since you can always just press the water through the bed even if the filter is completely clogged up. It’s just going to take a bit longer to do so.
