I've actually been cutting back a lot the past few months and enjoyed having dreams.
I now have the answer as to why I can never remember my dreams

that's the worst part for me, lol
Any tips or ways of doing or looking at things that have helped you? Its a struggle for me, and it compounds with doomscrolling
I've struggled with it for most of my life. Just not having it always readily available does a lot for me. I was also trying to talk to the woman I'm into on the phone while high like a month ago and realized I sounded like a stumbling jackass.
