There's a lot of pushback that people in education are very virtuous people. It is very idealized. When it's just a mixed bag. Universities have police departments. Primary and Secondary schools have police departments. While some professors do genuinely support all their students and help others many others exist to reproduce the ideology of the current system. Universities in particular are pretty much hedge funds with a governing board that consists of prominent business people in the region. This does have a distorting effect on education and makes it one of the most important battlegrounds instead of idealizing it and the people involved.
