Hate to break it to you like this but US has both Capitalism and Social programs. Social programs are social security, medicare and public schools.

Neither system is perfect. Pure capitalism can lead to inequality and under-provided public services, while pure socialism can stifle innovation and create inefficiency. The best-performing countries today typically combine elements of both.

So as anything in life too much of one thing can be bad. It would be nice for everyone to receive free healthcare and higher education in US. I often watch various global news networks. It is odd to see US, Canada, UK all struggling with same issues economically.

UK has 28 million people on assistance out of work. It also has 28 million people employed. So half the UK is paying to support the other half. That is wild to think about.

Canada has a housing crisis currently.

This lady was like, I finally get to ask the chicken why it crossed the road. Then this dude comes and takes it out!

Yeah, no profits means no business! Down with businesses! We don’t need them for paychecks or healthcare! 🤣

Edit: I feel like this comment went over some heads. Socialism is support by higher taxes on businesses. If business doesn’t make money they Will close the business and social programs will not be supported. So basically socialism cannot exist without the business.

I am only 5+ hours into game. The choice you have to make does matter at end. The game gives you a warning about which path you chose. Not gonna lie took me 10 mins to decide.

I just saw a story on the news about a couple using AI to file the appeal and winning. There is various AI companies that charge $40 for a appeals letter.

Federal I had about 15 passwords. The State job I had about half that.

Federal and State jobs you can’t use password managers.

Yeah, first 24hrs I was hopeful this social media platform was above Reddit. It felt like this one was more supportive of peoples right to expression. Now, I see it is just the same/similar to Reddit. Oh, well. At least I know what I am dealing with now.

NPR is left leaning information. They pose news in a way to slight one side politically. That shouldn’t happen but it happens with national media as well. That should have been readily apparent after 2024 election. The misinformation was wide spread across news networks.

I listen NPR since Obama was in office and thought then they were middle of road. Then they slowly slid to left leaning news organization.

I just want news report. I don’t need the slandered headline or tone of a report to reflect for one side or the other. Just give me the damn news.
