Did I miss something? Did this already happen? I can't seem to access the piracy community from lemmy.world, I'm getting a "couldnt_find_community" error
Happy birthday brother! Enjoy those beautiful products
Agreed, it is quite odd. I'm also used to 12oz bags, so it's hard to make it last before the next bag comes.
I'm such a huge fan of that creamy banana profile. I first encountered it through the Chiquita Banana strain in CA. Enjoy it man, looks tasty
Lookin pretty! That’s a great deal for the Unicorn Poop. How does the Banana Bliss taste?
Also god damn, can’t believe you snagged the coveted legit Cali. Props. Looks like a quality batch
This is your standard Five Finger Nug Punch packaging. In all seriousness if this post is satire, well done, it made me laugh really hard.
If this post is not satire, oh boy, please don't smoke that.
Great point, coffee is often inherently international! I'll follow your lead and seek out a more global sampling
Very cool, thank you for sharing the journey and pics. I'd smoke that!

Really hope they are able to eventually pull together a new album
I'm a believer. Would love to see pics when she's cured!
Hell yeah, Nightmare Cookies is a fitting name.
It definitely has some sweet and fruity notes. It’s a complex smelling/tasting bud!
Beautiful! What strain is she?
Oh that bag is a much cooler design, bring it back! You have international taste, I'm inspired. I'll try the US-based ones first :)
That’s amazing, thank you for sharing! I don’t think I got in early enough to see the patches.
What is your current favorite roaster?
A few rosins I've been dabbing on. TL: Superboof by Sno-Melts. TR: Spreez by Information Entropy. BL: Black Maple by Peachy. BR: Fire Water #106 by 710 Labs.
You're welcome. Let me know what you think
I'll have to check out Schuil, thank you! Any other Michigan gems you'd recommend? I've enjoyed Hyperion and Zingerman's lately as well.

Based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Madcap is my roaster of choice. I get a new bag of single origin every 2 weeks, and I'm never disappointed. I brew it on my V60 pour over set up.
That polyrhythm that kicks in around 5:40 and lasts for 2 minutes. chef's kiss

Relentless from beginning to end; one of my favorite 'shuggah releases.
As Haake once said when asked why they haven't played I live, "No one knows how I goes."
Agreed, disposables are great for the sake of convenience. I do have a nice 510 battery, but I still prefer to dab rosin or smoke flower!
What specific battery options would you recommend?
My pleasure, glad it was helpful

Just discovered Snow-Melts a few days ago. They’re a small producer focused on small batch solventless extracts. Incredible value for the price ($30 / gram).

Going to see these guys Tuesday, hope they play this massive song
Peachy is one of my favorite Michigan-based rosin companies. Fantastic value for the price. Lemon Sherb is great, tastes citrus-y and funky.
Information Entropy in Ann Arbor just started carrying Peachy rosin this week. Very exciting news to have a more affordable rosin option.

Currently dabbing on some Cake Crashers persy rosin badder by 710 Labs. The taste packs a punch: earthy and sweet, with a sharp (citrus-y?) flavor.

I wanted to start the conversation of MI dispensaries you've enjoyed (or maybe ones you wouldn't go back to). Most of my experience is in southeast MI, just to caveat my preferences which are all in Ann Arbor:
GO-TO: Information Entropy
Without a doubt, Information Entropy is my dispensary-of-choice at the moment.
- Flower: The house flower is top notch and fresh, I've never been disappointed. Usually around $99 for half oz. Some highlights include Alien Mints, Project 007, Runtz. For a more budget-friendly choice, 7 Point usually runs around $50 for half oz and is great bud.
- Concentrates: Diverse and high quality selection of concentrates. I'm a fan of rosin, and their house rosin is fantastic (e.g. Zealousy, Motorbreath). They also have the best prices for 710 Labs I've seen. All concentrates are kept in a fridge/freezer, and recently they started giving out ice packs for the drive home.
- It feels like every few months, their product line evolves into a higher state, which keeps me excited to return.
OTHER FAVORITES
- Winewood Organics: Their flower is very tasty and feels grown and handled with love. Going to Winewood feels like going to a farmers market. While a little pricier compared to other options, their product quality more than justifies the cost for me. Some highlights include Peanut Butter Breath and Grape Gelato Pie. I've also tried a few rosins and really enjoyed them, particularly the Superboof.
- ArborSide - North Coast: I recently visited Arborside for the first time and loved the deli style flower (thinking about buying my own Cvaults). I went on customer appreciation day, and the prices were fantastic, around $50 for half oz. I picked up Banana Macaroon, Tropicana Cherry, and Great White, and have been enjoying all of them. Kind of a weak rosin selection though.
