2fa does not provide any protection for this. This wasn't a hack or compromise of an account. It was the personal information of their supporters put up on the public web available to anyone and everyone.
As a Network and System Administrator in the healthcare field I am taken aback by what appears to be FVC's laze-fair response.
Note that although my information was a part of this, this doesn't really affect myself. The information published is already publicly available in a number of places online. I have also publicly stated my support for the work of Fair Vote Canada. But that is privileges I enjoy. There are many people for whom having this information leaked would be problematic and potentially dangerous.
Agreed, if they don’t know who they should contact, they can just check the dark web.
Having powerful enemies isn’t an excuse for your own bad behaviour with the private information of your supporters.
It’s really sad that we had to learn of the breach from haveibeenpwned and not from FairVote Canada themselves.
Really bad form on their part.
Well since it’s a parliamentary system, unless I moved I can’t vote for or against Marit directly. I’ll have to wait to see what winner the party chooses to put in locally. The last time they ran roughshod over the CA bylaw and regulations to have their pick lose 50% of the votes the local candidate who ran previously had and that the party chased away.
We are pretty early so there hasn’t been any local candidates announced. I presume the incumbent conservative will run since it seems he will spend the remainder of his life living off the public dime.
So I will have to see who the local candidates are and use that as the basis.
As far party leadership goes, it is mostly a wash. Dougie is as corrupt as they come. After the Sarah Jama affair, Marit clearly lacks any morals. Bonnie, so far appears to be running a very right of centre neo-liberal agenda. That leaves Mike, who by most accounts is a pretty good guy - however in my riding the Greens typically run candidates who don’t have anything to do with my riding - barely even showing up in the riding during the campaign.
So to reiterate, at this point I don’t know. It would almost entirely depend on who the local candidates are.
I will never vote for the party of the corrupt fucker who ejected Sarah Jama from caucus.
Fuck Marit and her liberalism agenda.
Two things you can try is disabling USB selective suspend. The same section of power options has an option for Turn off hard disks after…
I’ve seen suggestions of a link between ADHD and restless leg syndrome in the past, but that was many years ago. Checking Wikipedia’s RLS page now it states up to 44% of people with ADHD also have RLS.
I did have issues with it as a child, but was able to get it under control in early adulthood. Although around the same period I also started on Strattera and anti-anxiety medications - so maybe that helped sort it out.
I noticed it says placebos to be very effective, maybe you can get some of those OTC 😆
I can’t help but feel this is a bit of a stretch.
So in England and Australia, does “Labour” mean fascist?
This is great news for anxious mice everywhere… which I assume is most all mice.
This looks great, and certainly much better than I can do!
Man I hate Google these days, but this is great!
Don’t really care one way another about the appearance, but I’d definitely give them a go if they dropped Android as their OS.
Good on these carriers, and good on CUPW for vigorously representing their members.
This may be an unpopular opinion, but god damn I hate all the massive strollers. It’s like the strategies of the North American auto companies and their massive trucks has spread to strollers. These stroller wagons are truly the Hummers of this phenomenon.
I had ChatGPT make a press release for them to help make the streets of Norfolk County safer:

Anyone know where the tool holder that comes on the USB drive with the Elegoo Neptune 4 Max is supposed to mount on the printer?
