Absolutely those things are different. But the point of a search engine is to, crudely and algorithmically, sort out both.

Every (for profit)company is a monetization company. That's the definition of a company.

If it's feature complete, a keyboard doesn't need regular updates. According to the other thread it's not feature complete, so it could be abandoned. Since it's FOSS any enthusiastic person could stop it from being abandoned.

This is good news. These loyalty programs should be illegal, it's customer discrimination.

I disagree, a lot of white collar work is simply writing bullshit.

You can argue it the other way though. This person is not making sound financial decisions, these loans are predatory and designed to take advantage of vulnerable people that don't understand what their signing up for. This is a failure of the government both to educate people in financial literacy, and to regulate this industry and it's predatory marketing.

But let's ignore the size, since a kei style truck can be sized up or down to fit. There's a different conversation to be had here. American pickup trucks are focused on being fashion accessories for insecure suburbanites, which involves creating these theoretical numbers and making those numbers as big as possible. Is carrying 5 people and towing however many tons at 112 km/h a common use case? No, and I'm terrified that it's legal to travel that fast while towing a trailer in some places. In inflating these pointless numbers, it neglects being a practical working vehicle, because that was never the goal.

A simple flatbed like the kei truck is so much more practical. It's low to the ground so it's easy to chuck things in and out of, the bed is easily replaceable when it gets damaged, the bed is much bigger for the size of the vehicle.

Aka a small truck. Unlike oversized American pickup trucks which are designed for no application other that to make their owner's dick feel bigger as they drive to the grocery store.

I don't think US politicians can get much older without being dead. This is a systemic problem, not a demographic problem, since other countries with similar demographics don't have the age problem.

It's not luck. Things are built for a reason, the regulations and structures of society are designed, and it artificially dictate s what is built. Perhaps they live in a place where the regulations mean that sensible livable apartments are fairly abundant. Perhaps you don't. That's not luck, those places were designed that way.

You might live in a place which already has some form of land value tax. Although a key distinction is that LVT is a tax on just the value of the land, not the value of the entire property that includes buildings, landscaping, ect. ...
