You can install Termux from the F-droid store, which is a Android terminal emulator and Linux environment. Then install the proot-distro package and you can install stuff like Ubuntu, Debian, Arch...
you dont even need a rooted device.
Just Debian\Termux with XFCE4 running on android.

I'm enjoying FFXII Zodiac Job System (International Edition) on the Aether/PS2 emulator, and using a Rom hack to simulate the Zodiac Age dual job experience from the newer release.
Maybe I won't lose my save files this time xD
