There should be a scroll bar if there are enough options to overflow
Yes, that's possible in the next version of Lemmy.
But it will probably be some buried option to enable (unless you're a mod). up up down down left right left right b a start. I don't want people to unintentionally view abusive comments (would risk store listing).
Maybe not beautiful, but heartwarming- https://fosstodon.org/@marcioaleks/112404975446615194
Damn that is nice.
Op pls consider this instead of no name amazon
Yeah Iโd like to have a toggle in community ellipse menu, and also an option to persist the selection per community. Like Apollo had. It was useful
Not currently. That would be a cool option though
The other way is to login with username password empty
A lot of these would be normal buffer zones or shoulders, but were painted with bike symbols to get multimodal dollars. Or to get the public off their back.
Itโs pretty fucked
Damn I will really miss reading the lyrics of the two songs that have them
Thanks! Welcome to vger.social ๐ค
One time I tried a sample, liked it, price was good so bought it
AMA
If they want our loyalty, make fucking better cars
I mean, in the spirit of the post, make fucking cheaper cars
Cars have been getting expensive AF
Hey, thanks! Unfortunately I think this depends on the Ionic Framework - since a lot of the view transition logic is internal to that. They might be open adding support for this though, if someone opens a feature request with them.
because they exceeded their server capacity if I remember correctly. Are there any mechanisms to stop that from happening?
Object storage
Are you running outdated version of voyager? Because it looks fine to me
Just because it can be done client side doesnโt mean it should be done client side. ยฏ\_(ใ)_/ยฏ In this case, other APIs, like Reddit automatically filter your own posts and comments from upvoted and downvoted lists, because it doesnโt make sense to show that information. So in this case, I think itโs best to open an issue with Lemmy. Although I doubt it, if they donโt want to implement it on the backend, then it can be handled client side.
Sounds like a Lemmy bug, you should ask them!
No problem. And it should be something that's happened since the beginning of Voyager, so if you notice it get notably worse after a release, let me know.

Hey there! Voyager for Lemmy dev here.
As I've been adding more mod and admin feature to Voyager, I've realized that self-hosting my own Lemmy instance may help me improve Lemmy moderation and administration in Voyager.
But I had another thought: Why not open up registration to Voyager supporters? It's a win-win: I get more real-world experience administrating a Lemmy instance, and Voyager supporters get a fun additional benefit!
Introducing https://vger.social :)
Q&A
- Q: Who can sign up? A: Those who donate any amount on a monthly basis, or those who have contributed a few PRs to Voyager
- Q: How do you track donations? A: It's the honor system.
- Q: Will Voyager keep support for other Lemmy instances? A: Of course! Nothing is changing there, vger.social is just another Lemmy instance.
- Q: Will vger.social work with other Lemmy apps? A: Absolutely! It's just a vanilla Lemmy instance.
Why use vger.social
- Guaranteed compatibility with Voyager
- Low user count = snag a better username
- It's well-federated, including https://lemmy.dbzer0.com/c/piracy
- General purpose instance hosted on US East Coast (potentially a pro or con for you, but faster response times for users in USA than lemmy.world)
- Rules against bigotry, hate and harassment (see sidebar)
- Hopefully better stability against any future influx of Lemmy users, compared to larger Lemmy instances
- Star Trek fans welcome I guess lol
Quick disclaimer
While I hope this instance is around for the long run, it is new, and therefore still experimental. If vger.social does shut down, I will give everyone at least 60 days notice.
