Likely to be the best £225 I've spent. Ultrawide is perfect for gaming, but 3:2 is the play for laptops.
  • Say whaaaaat...

The 21:9 monitors are superior to a lot of games.

Unfortunately for you "you have no idea how to play games". Games have evolved a lot as well as gameplay. Also, you have to keep in mind the fact that you didn't evolve at all.

For your knowledge 49" monitor is net superior in RTS games, it is at the point of cheating. But I guess you are doodoo player in terms of vision.

  • 640kB is enough for anyone so 4GB is overkill /s
  • Honestly depends on what are you going to do with your PC.

PC's have become really powerfull over the past years and with only a 2020 PC build can overkill a lot of stuff even in terms of servers.

As i said it, it will come to the factor of what are you going to do. Unfortunately the 2020 build are not going to "cut" well in terms of gaming.

  • Random thought: Windows is largely successful because of Piracy
  • Dude you are talking about "Desktop PC".

A lot of people have switched to Laptops because they can stay in bed.

Usually TV content is pretty bad and with the "old Netflix" people got a coffe table to put the laptop on the table and watch movies, youtube, etc.

Also a lot of people sees Desktop a non necessity because of phones and tablets. In today standards laptops have become really powerful to even code software or even doing photoshoping reliable.

In the end desktops have become only powerhouses of performances towards gaming, streaming or servers.

    Desktop = gaming(usually in 2023).

Desktop are not a dieing breed, people changed and bought devices that serves their purposes. Whi should i buy a desktop anymore if a phones does just as good as a desktop in terms of browsing the internet, whatch videos even netflix. In this case desktops have no purpose again(just buy a phone or a tablet).

  • For all the doubters that Linux gaming is smoother and faster.
  • Inform yourself what a "video card core" does, how many "transistors" has, what "clock core speed" does and what cache levels is and does.

Out of the bat this guy has 25% more transistors in his core then the entire original GPU and LOOKS FISHY AF.

Straight out of the bat 25% more transistors! Outrageous.

  • For all the doubters that Linux gaming is smoother and faster.
  • Dude, honestly stop making such "crazy" things.

Prople will debunk you then hit you to the ground. Just say the truth of the gimmiky things you do because a 25% performance boost is unreal.

A 5% to a maximum 10% is more believable but your stuff is a quarter of a video card processing power and this should ring you a bell of alarm because the doodoo you are eating there is pure BS.

  • New York sues crypto firms for losing over $1 billion
  • Until you realise that Crypo is just a scam.

Many people are denying it, many does not believe it, many does not understand it.

But the only thing that matter is the fact that more people have lost money than they put in.

  • Why do you use Linux?
  • So, why use Linux and support Steam, or use Linux and use Steam?

Because Steam offers a good service. Almost as good as "hackers".

The other problem is game developers that want DRM and blablabla.

Anyway honestly you sound a little bit way too pathethic. Maybe one day Steam just get's out of Linux enviroment and goes with the "Steam OS" and you will lose every game you purchesed, but i doubt it because is a gaming platform, as many platforms as possible as much money comes in.

  • Can't login

I simply can't login into lemmy world with mozilla for android.

It works with 3rd party apps but from mozilla on mobile does not work at all. I click login with my credential it says "Logged In" and after the page refreshes i'm not logged in.

I'm writing from Sync but it crashes like crazy, unusable app.
