Few industries in finance are harder to break into than VC. They're mostly incredibly smart, but it doesn't come off that way because they're focused on near-term financial returns moreso than developing a usable product. They're eyeing an exit, so they just need to inflate financials to get maximum return
There are magnitudes more OC on Reddit than Lemmy just by nature of their user base size. There are bots and reposts, sure, but Lemmy pales in comparison to the amount of OC on Reddit
There's an itch that Piper at the Gates of Dawn scratches that almost nothing else can. Something about the whimsical tunes, fun sound effects, and Syd's vocal delivery was so unique when I first listened but I can't really find anything similar. Some Sgt Peppers and other Beatles songs do, but looking for other recommendations. Doesn't need to be 60s, but I'd be surprised to find out anyone is making that kind of music today.

If by a good chunk you mean <0.1% of their content, I agree. The majority of Reddit users did not care to migrate, and many that did migrate didn't delete their old content
