  • He didn't even take the time to look up the effect of inflation between the good ol' days and today. Didnt specify what time frame in what location he's talking about when he says $500 cars used to run a while.

  • It's fine to discuss, not okay to pretend to have inside perspective

  • A rubix cube type of thing? It just seems like the skeleton of something, like it had other wooden parts that latched onto the knobs and rotated somehow.

  • Absolutely! Making it memorable and fun does not mean making it expensive. Cut whatever you can't afford, do not take out a loan to cover anything. Then cut anything that isn't meaningful to you and your partner.

A wedding planner is helpful if you don't have a trusted and naturally organized friend who volunteers to handle details for you.

  • Yeah, that kind of thing is what fuels a Union. Then the same people who treated you that way can't figure out how their perfect company ended up unionized.

  • Treat them like essential assets, your company can't function without them. Every time they make you extra money, pay them extra money on top of a salary that makes all their peers in other companies jealous.

  • Unsold china sets that no one was ever allowed to touch because they were expensive. Might as well have let them be used and broken and rare.

  • It could be relayed inside. But in a self driving car, the driver's seat is just a second front passenger seat

  • Surely there is a viable, inexpensive, simple solution. I think it would have to be a permanently programmed chip type of thing that is cheap enough that if you want to change the speed limit or lane specifications, it would be cost effective to replace all the chips along that length of road.

  • Now listen to my favorite music, whether you like it or not!

  • There is definitely a market for cars that take a loss in performance to give a boost in engagement.

  • Hmm. Maybe the kind of signage I'm thinking of would only be useful for construction zones and emergency vehicles.
