If Israel withdraws with Hamas still in power, they suffer an existential strategic defeat. If Israel exits with the PA in power and somehow avoids total escalation by Hezbollah, Israel will suffer an existential strategic defeat by connecting Gaza and the West Bank. If Israel attempts a full scale settler annexation, Hezbollah will escalate and Arab comprador states will likely turn on them.

There was a big cement mixer labelled 'Hamas' that pulled away from the hospital right as the IOF tanks rolled in, but it was spinning too quickly so nobody could read what it said.

IIRC the IOF built tunnels under Al-Shifa hospital and Hamas filled them with concrete because they knew the IOF would accuse them of hiding there.
