‘Front page of the internet’: how social media’s biggest user protest rocked Reddit
  • I made a comment about punching a Nazi.... got banned. Meanwhile, some of the most virulent Antisemitic shit I've ever seen was getting posted and some of it hit the front page.

    That platform is going to follow twitter into the shitter in short order.

  • Well, as you're pointing out by some people who have less than favorable intent. Others have identified additional actors causing division within the society. It's been infiltrated and is being gutted from the inside.

    As a Canadian I'm curious why this is happening and what people think could be done to make for a more welcoming transition. We also accepted quite a few middle eastern refugees over the past few years and I'm wondering if there are lessons to be learned.
