I watch classic doom play throughs on youtube. I love watching channels like decino play hard doom wads. I also love people like civvie who like old shooters.
I teach different students. Those who are rich and are in middle school are into console stuff. Any other high school student is seemingly into popular whatever mobile fps in India or Pc online ones like Cs or apex.

Ooh. I never got it until 2021 ish. I still really don't. But I did start trying to watch hasan around 2021. Around that time felix would go on stream and I would tune in (he even was guest on stream today) . Apart from hasan who does news I never got into people streaming games. Maybe if they edit and put on youtube I'll watch. I watch streams from jerma or vinesauce on youtube once in a while.
I think the main reason I don't broadly dislike gaming streams is that they play games I don't like. Like valorant, I think that's a very tiring game. Contrary to that I love classic doom and love watching people play doom and review custom maps. Hell even people playing disco elysium.
Also the thing about streams isn't just the person but the chat too. Most tune to chat in the live chat.
The only time I watched a full stream live was when I travelled and had to be not asleep. It was when twitch banned hasan for saying cracker and that was the stream after the ban.
Recently since last year I would still watch periodically hasan cause he would articulate about Palestine well. Especially around the al ahli hospital bombing. I felt like I was going mad with the amount of news and people saying Israel won't do such a thing.

Never got into asmr, and I just listen to some music instead of asmr.
I also got a smart phone around 2017. Before that I used keypad ones like samsung. I had one of those ipad mini I borrowed from my uncle but that was useless and a brick. My dad used to have a samsung smart phone and he gave it to me once he got a new one. I kept using frail old phones till 2018. In 2019 I guess I bought a decent redmi phone until which I again was using a keypad phone (previous phone was fried had to use a keypad after). I do post on Instagram once in a blue moon.
I can also concur with the point on anime. I don't know very specific anime except current long running ones.

I’ve been meaning to ask about some stuff regarding parenti that I see come up on different places.
One of them being about parenti’s book blackshirts and reds. So I’ve run into specific people who have claimed and bought up that parenti is lying about : how social democrats in germany gave fascists a path and its actually fault of soviets.
To paraphrase them
> Soviets gave kpd direction to be hostile and also it wasn’t just “socdems will ally with nazis”. It was cause soviets gave advice to be hostile to the spd.
To boil it down, they say that parenti is wrong about rise of fascism and he whitewashed soviet mistakes.
The other thing that's bought up is the bombing of germany and american industrial ties. I see it brought up that parenti is just lying about bombing in cologne of ford factory. And its actually all lies and say the charlie higham “trading with the enemy” reference is bullshit. They go on to say that american industrialist involvement with german industry is not that deep. And that parenti (and other communists) lie about this to make a grand narrative of american involvement. They bring up nazi economy book by tooze and this site as a debunking lies material.
Now my post isn’t so much about parenti, I wanna broadly discuss about the whole notion that soviets or german communists were the reason nazis came to power and that socdems were really not at fault.
And also to discuss that american industrialists involved with germany is some bullshit conspiracy. Which it isn’t, given the lengths across the board they spread collaborating after and before the war. I’ve been reading a lot of stuff on dulles, hw, and nazis spread across into different places for american interests. So I don’t think american involvement is some fake conspiracy.
