  • I recently bought an acupressure mat for this and really like it so far. Many people said it helps them with anxiety and also the tension in muscles caused by it.

    Also weighted blankets are recommended by many, but I didn’t like it too much

  • Do you have an example? I’m genuinely curious, I’ve heard a lot about this theory but can’t really imagine how you would differentiate bots from mindless redditors farming for karma by saying „This.“

  • What was the most surprising change you noticed after starting medication?

    For me, it’s how much better I can do things I thought I was already fine at. Like engaging in conversations, handling complex logic, or just consciously relaxing.
