What do you secretly judge people for?
  • As long as the alternatives keep getting tastier and cheaper, I'm all in. I'm glad it worked out for you, but I didn't have the same experience when I tried removing meat from my diet. I've been able to find substitutes and recipes to eat way less meat, but I still get that need if I haven't had any for a while. I can't wait for the day that the alternatives bump off meat completely for me, but for now I'll consume as little as I can.

I've been incorporating mushrooms into a lot more meals where there would be larger portions of meat, so damn tasty.

  • There's a John Oliver episode about it. Been a while since I've seen it, but the jist of it was how scummy they are with their franchisees. To the point where it reminded me of time shares.

  • Non-Americans who have been to the US.. What is the weirdest thing about America that Americans don't realize is weird?
  • The exact opposite experience if you're non white. I'm light skinned and get normal service. I go out with certain friends and suddenly we're getting ignored and waiting longer than people that came in way after us. We just end up ordering pickup or avoiding certain places all together.
