And so will you, one day, I’m sure
It’s wild that I’ve experienced two of what seem to be the best games ever in a span of a few months. I don’t have any D&D experience, but I’m really using BG3 to learn more about it and I’m really enjoying it. I’ve been a fan of the Zelda franchise since the original launched, and TotK is just incredible. Both of these games are amazing, even if they have different goals.
The shit apples don’t fall far from the shit tree
Depends on how meaty they are?
Katana Zero and Celeste both had great soundtracks. Persona 5’s soundtrack is amazing.
Oh dang - if you search on YouTube “Sorcerer Bridge Scene” something should come up; not sure why the link I shared isn’t working 😳
Ah got it!
I need to play with the controls options more, but I’m wondering if this is an either/or thing where you either use the “controller” scheme or you need to completely map everything for k+m. I tried to go with what seemed to be the most popular community controls and the game alerted me that the controller had disconnected; and weirdly the menu size and layout shrunk and looked different. I’d really like to use a trackpad as a mouse to have that option along with the sticks, but if not I’ll adjust to it. I’ve run into other controller issues, like where it says to hold “select” for the journal but it only works to open the map - you can still press one of the triggers to pull up a wheel with the journal, but it seems like there’s still some bugs to work out.
What’s that now?
Excellent, excellent reference right there. That bridge scene is absolutely amazing.
Lembas bread
Let’s GOOOOOOOOOOO
Lol I’m sorry what’s that again? 17,000?!?!
To be fair, I’m not trying very hard
Let’s see if it’s loaded! CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK. Nope.
Oh there will still be TV…just be ready for 20 different iterations of The Temptation Love Island Bachelor At First Sight is Blind or some such bullshit.
I’ve had my Steam Deck since last June, and noticed the battery would drop from “full” when plugged in to 95% as soon as I unplugged it. I tied the calibration method Valve recommends, but also realized when I check the Battery Health in desktop mode/settings, it’s at 88%…which does seem odd after just one year? Curious to hear how others’ devices are holding up.
EDIT; thanks for all the feedback! I think there may be a couple different things going on between the battery health as displayed in the dekstop mode/settings and the battery remaining display when I'm in "game" mode. After doing the battery calibration, the battery health still shows as being 88%, which I think is low after only having it for a year, but the calibration did seem to help with the battery remaining being all over the place?
I'm maybe 135 hours or so in, just finished the regional phenomena quest, and am trying to get through a bunch of the side quests and adventures before moving on to the next Main Story quest. I've only looked online for a couple of items so far, but as I end up with quests that I'm still interested in completing (but not sure how to progress on them), wondering if anyone has a particular site or guide they've used for the game?
