Personally I did not need to put anything into energy for Koumei besides Equilibrium and Synth Deconstruct.
I am very much a "use the right tool for the right job" type player, and your Warframes are tools just as much as your weapons are. Of course you mix the fun in there, but the point is to not make a Warframe into something they're not and expect efficiency and effectiveness.
As someone in this post already said, Koumei is a probability/statistics frame at her core. She has a ramp up period with each mission, and so in order to almost guarantee effectiveness, the biggest resource you have is time. In other words, she is not going to be effective in short missions. The other big resource you have is your arsenal i.e. the tools you can control going in. The trick is to maximize that by using tools and mods that will mostly give you stats that you know will not be provided by decrees.
So most notably that means not focusing too much on ability strength and efficiency in your arsenal, and instead focusing on interactions that can proc off of the decree effects, or flat modifiers for stats that won't be touched by decrees such as range and duration.
And the last thing is to accept that your run might suck for the first 30 or so minutes. By around 30-40 minutes, based on probability, your run should start to settle in and you'll see the pay-off of the decrees.
I have not personally subsumed any abilities yet, but the candidates would be her 3 primarily, and potentially also her 1. Omamori isn't very useful in its current state considering it doesn't actually prevent you from dying, and more or less is worthless beyond the small window between not needing damage mitigation and being prone to one-shot damage. Kumihimo is also fairly redundant in the context of her 4, and can be removed if you have no real need for diet Bunraku.
Alternative title: I turned Koumei into every other frame.
If you're going to get rid of the crux of her kit, really just play another frame. Of course to each their own, but I'm tired of seeing people complain about Koumei when they haven't really given her the chance and used her in a way she'll shine.
It's like when Tenet Glaxion came out and everyone tried to make it into Torid Incarnon. Surprised Pikachu face.
It's gotten to a point where I just go ahead append a warning that I have no source and am just making casual conversation.

I've heard the maxim that money doesn't change who you are, but it amplifies. I think that tends to be true. However, the people you are exposed to in light of that money I think definitely can change who you are.
So yes, money can lead to corruption, but generally it's in an indirect way.
Source: trust me, bro.
Would you trust your government to fairly and equitably decide who gets such treatments?
The scientific, societal, and economic aspects of eugenics are inextricable, in my very strong opinion.
Can you elaborate on "done correctly?"
I just had to initiate a claim because I didn't receive a package that hadn't arrived even though it reported that it did. Although it's a bit hidden, there's at least a "package arrived; missing items" option on the mobile app.
A strong desire to always learn and improve. I respect that there are people that know how to be and are totally content with just knowing what they know; but I personally have a hard time in intimate relationships with people that don't take interest in learning.
*A fourth dimension can be time.
Time is a very convenient choice for a fourth dimension, but "fourth" is purely namesake. There's no reason we couldn't describe our world in our three familiar spatial coordinates with an additional coordinate for temperature, for example. We just don't easily conceptualize it that way because it feels less contiguous according to how we currently frame our model of reality.
Disclaimer: my sources include internet research and far too much time to think. I'm absolutely open to discussion and new ideas in whatever form.
Edit: Temperature is kind of a bad example at face value, but good conceptually. Hopefully I'm communicating my point at least we'll enough to be comprehended.
Or you can be like those people on TikTok that pull their kids out of school and let them "guide their own learning."
I don't remember what they called this cutting edge method.
I recently got on git add -p
, which comes in clutch sometimes. But yeah, I'm definitely about to start doing the interactive add.
Also, squints at your username
I loved Severance too. I don't usually go to film for my sci-fi cravings though.
For shows, I really like that just casual kinda mundane tone that sort of parodies reality. Home Movies is great, Bob's Burgers (the earlier seasons were better for this, but I'm still watching through them). Family Guy has those moments every now and then, although I wouldn't call it one of my top shows by any means.
My favorite show is probably Steven Universe. Everything about it was so artistically done; especially the soundtrack. Of the realm of kids/teens shows that were designed for the whole family, Steven Universe is one of the few that I personally think had a great and satisfying ending.
This Schmitt sounds like a great guy!
Windows, but I'm looking to get a laptop I can dual boot into Linux. The pipeline strikes again.
I choked on my spit scrolling through this thread because of you
Nice try, feds!

Pun not intended, but welcome.
I'm mainly curious about software developers here, or anyone else whose computer is somewhat central to their life, be it professional or hobbyist.
I only have two monitors—one directly in front of me, and another to the right of it, angled toward me. For web development, I keep my editor on the main screen, and anything auxiliary (be that a dev build, a video, StackOverflow, etc.) on the side screen.
I wouldn't mind a third monitor, and if I had one, I'd definitely use it for log/output, since currently it's a floating window that I shuffle around however necessary. It could be smaller than the other two, and I might even turn it vertical so I could split the screen between output and a terminal, configuring a AutoHotKey script to focus the terminal.
What about y'all?
