It's not a loophole, it's what MAGA have been humping their Trump waifu pillows about.
This is what America voted for. There wasn't enough Americans who cared to stop it from happening.
The America people knew is now gone forever. Trump is king for life and people on both sides will need to die to set things right. This will not be corrected by voting.
Especially when you operate in a two party system where both parties are completely and utterly beholden to billionaires.

I actually stopped to get lettuce the other day. The first store only had from the USA and it was clearly going bad because no one was buying it. The same was true at the next store. The third store had Mexican lettuce, it was nice and fresh looking but they were running out.
I'm not a big fan of shipping product halfway across the globe but at the moment there is no Canadian grown in the stores.
