Yes, there are a million zillion film people who are absolutely DREAMING of being able to do this. The idea of this isn't that someone else can take a film and reedit it to make money, that misses the point entirely. It's the same way how people write massive amounts of fanfic for free, because they're passionate about it and just want to do it and want to share it with other fans
And it doesn't have to take away from company profits, in fact it can add much MORE profit. Just make it so that all the individual uncut raw reels are freely available, but reassembled movies can only be uploaded and shown on the company's streaming service. This'll create a huge increase in viewer demand for the company's properties, with basically zero cost to the owners.
Care to tell us some specific people who you think are extremists in the democratic party? And which particular policy positions you think are extreme?
I'm thinking it would be helpful to explicitly state your boundaries before even agreeing to play the game. Something like this:
"There are some board games i like and some i don't. I'd be glad to give it a try if you're ok with me deciding I don't like it after 10 minutes and dropping out. Also i don't enjoy playing board games that take longer than an hour to finish, so I'd be happy to play as long as you're cool with me dropping out of the game if it goes on longer than an hour."
If you explain clear boundaries to them before starting play then they know what to expect when those boundaries are reached
God there's so much. To start with, the Hudson yards project got greenlit because the developer agreed to build some amount of affordable housing, but they never did it, and were never held accountable for not doing it.
And the suicides aren't some freak unexpected thing, the developer was strongly warned that it definitely WAS going to cause suicides, and that they should make some changes to the design to prevent it, but the developers wanted it to look the way they wanted and didn't give a fuck about anyone dying.
And lots more awful shit. The whole place is a scourge on new york
This garbage structure is the worst blemish on New York in recent history. It's ugly, conceptually empty, and an abhorrent monument to corruption and anti-humanity.
trypophobia is not a real phobia in psychiatry. Look it up, the term was literally coined by a random person in an online forum. Many people get the hebbie jebbies by it, but that's different from an actual psychiatric phobia.
Even if we used piezo, the movement of the hammer would still have to come from some power source, which would still be the same sources like moving steam, water, or wind.
Solar photovoltaic is the only one i can think of that isn't just a fancy way to make steam
EDIT
ok let's clarify to say a method that isn't related to movement of a fluid that spins a turbine. So not windmills (air is a fluid), not hydro, not geothermal, etc.
Seriously. Like if the epicenter was even a few hundred feet away from the property then it could be reasonable to say it happened at the property. But 6 miles is way too far away to say they're the same place
You're being too pedantic about wording. The right answer is to make it most safe while minimizing the chance of it accidentally firing. Simply moving it to a locked room down the hallway is the best way to achieve that.
