  • Or Gary Peters from Michigan. Centrist, white, and has the Midwest vote!

  • Not sure if this is a bit or some kind of reference, but I have no personal relation to Mozambique. I just recognize Africa as being very geopolitically important while not getting enough coverage on how things are unfolding over there.

  • I’m glad Mozambique is getting more coverage on here. I was afraid that it would get buried under everything else with it being an African country most aren’t familiar with.

  • It seems the American election results have knocked many of our American comrades out of commission either through fear or political burnout. In the meantime, I’m hoping those of us in the Global South and elsewhere can continue to carry on. We’re used to our elections leading to shitty politicians.

I think Arevalo is the only good candidate Guatemala has been excited for since Colóm and he was more like a Joe Biden. Our politics have always been a shitshow and I think others in the global south can relate. After a while you shrug your shoulders and life goes on. More fights needing to be fought.

Regardless, American comrades have my best wishes and condolences. I hope you can continue to carry on the good fight once the initial fatigue wears off. If it does.

  • Yeah I have some family who believe this. They’re kind of young so I just chalk it up as copium.

  • It does have a large Muslim/Christian population so it’ll be a while before that’s sorted out. It still is an anti-imperialistic gift that will be able to improve on those social conditions if they’re allowed to develop more.

Cuba and Venezuela originally weren’t great with queer issues but became significantly better over time.

  • Hmm,

    Jump
  • Lmao at those views. Bro is fried.

  • Nick Fuentes is such a tryhard weirdo. He says shit so forcefully like he’s trying really hard to get under your skin. I’m less disturbed by him and just find myself rolling my eyes every time he speaks.

  • I agree. Most black people didn’t even vote and only the most online of libs are making these brain-dead posts.

  • It’s an easy win for their opposition. All you have to do is take screenshots, compile, and then distribute. You can also replay smug liberal TikTok’s and let the MAGA crowd have fun with it.

End result is a lot of doxxing taking place and even more disgruntled poc.

  • Knew this shit was a color revolution as soon as the protests were getting boosted on reddit

  • Mfw you expected it to be fakenews but it actually happened

  • I really do think he would have had the Mondale treatment if he ran. Former VP, current VP accused of being a diversity hire, historic loss against an extremist, and the media would have blamed it on Biden being too “left” and not centrist enough

  • These guys never live in rural areas of deep red states. It’s always a deep blue state or a deep blue city of a red state.

  • I’m increasingly convinced that what’s going on in Mozambique is a color revolution. A post was made on Reddit about them talking about “freedom curtailed by an oppressive government.”

I always consider certain posts on that site to be the work of feds based on the phrases used and how the scenario is framed. Mozambique has a fairly leftist (though increasingly neoliberal) government. The west never forgave them for winning their revolution.

  • I really hope so but I’m a little pessimist. China keeps letting the US encircle them and screw them out of deals while doing nothing about it.

It seems like Russia and eventually India (with Brazil as a wild card) will be the faces of anti-imperialistic actions. But all these countries have a neoliberal problem, even China. I guess we can only wait and see if they actually make a turn left
