It's not about learning or not. It's about 1 system being fundamentally less suited for the task. You wouldn't argue that we should all be using kelvin. I mean, you could argue that, but you wouldn't be right.
I said even if it's up to 17 it's misleading. A lot of those 16, 17 year old shooting victims are gang members being shot in shoot outs. Which is a fundamentally different problem from a 9 year old being shot. And lumping those things together does a disservice.
What exactly is the issue? I think some modules are better than others. But, if the method says what its arguments are, what their types are, and what the return is, what's the issue?
Some things are more complex, and the docs I've used generally seem to be good about including examples. Like MagicMock. But, maybe if you gave an example of something you found hard to understand we could help?
