This was a hateful and insane racist, I suspect the intentions of this shooting above to be less extreme.

He was apparently lucid and intentional. He was just a violent racist that got whipped up by conservative media and politicians, and radicalized to kill Americans.
Everyone can see this coming from conservative rhetoric and they are proud of it.
The shooter will probably be posthumously honored at CPAC.
