  • I've seen ads where there's a credit card for medical, dental, and veterinary services. It used to be that the hospital would write off the debt but now it's being financed with revolving credit line.

    They're making it harder to be poor.

  • We teachers are constantly reminded that our school emails are considered public documents and could be subpoenaed at any time. So we can't use it for personal or inflammatory communication. Because we're considered public servants.

    But the governor, he is above the law?

  • There are plenty of people that use androgynous names or names that don't match their birth gender. They're called by whatever name is provided when asked, and the same with pronouns.

    Ex. Logan or Dylan for girls. Madison or Ashley for boys. And some have both like Jose Maria. Jamie Foxx changed his name because he wanted to go first before the other male comics.

  • I remember there was a movie that showed what was going to happen in the apocalypse. I just remember the disturbing imagery about a guy dying from a motorcycle accident, people rotting in hell, demons whipping people, crazy stuff.

    Maybe it was in Spanish?

  • It's about independence from any monopoly. Energy companies own the field, equipment, transportation, electricity generation, and distribution. I'd like my own generator and storage to lower costs.

    Nuclear perpetuates the same system where safety is cut as a cost saving measure. You know they would be less safe if they legally could. Also the infrastructure is in bad shape to move radioactive waste by rail- ask Ohio.
