I Started Taking a Walk Every Morning. Here's What Happened to My Health | The Art of Manliness
  • There's nothing like going for a walk in the morning--or in the evening--if you can do it.

I used to work away from home all the time. It was either twenty or thirty day at a a time with no days off for twelve hours a day. When I got home I would always go out at sunrise and go for a three to five mile walk.

Those walks made me get out of that bullshit job I had.

Plus, I saw all kinds of wildlife every morning. I was living in Spokane, WA at the time, and I think raccoons own that town.

  • The mini raised beds are all planted! Just need to install trellises for support
  • A question.

Why raised beds instead of tilling and planting?

I'm just interested. I've asked this question to other people, and usually it is that the ground is terrible and hard to grow in.

I don't care. If I see people gardening I'm happy.

  • Stack of floppy disks: Am I a joke to you?
  • Back in the day: Installing MS Office with all the bells and whistles. I think it was 26 disks.

    Insert disk 12....

My first Linux experience was Redhat with floppies as well.

    What fun.

  • GOP Lawmaker Thinks He Exposed Busload of 'Illegals' … It Was the Gonzaga Basketball Team
  • This is funny as hell.

I live in Washington and know huge Gonzaga fans.

They were going off what that dumb ass claimed....Until they found out it was the Gonzaga team.

But, the thing is, they go off without knowing what is going on with anything from Newsmax, Newsnation, or Fox.

    I laughed at them.

    They didn't like it.
