My (least) favorite is when it's an online meeting and there's a ton of irrelevant stuff in there but the chair doesn't use people's names to get their attention until after asking about the bit that's relevant to them.

I'm not watching this but from what little I know on the outside this feels like some sort of epic duel wherein BE continually baits Ethan in to engage and attack him but BE emerges unscathed after each swipe. Meanwhile Ethan is left more damaged & deranged by each attempt.

Okay bourgeois propaganda sure, but I've never encountered this except by word of mouth. It's really pervasive for not having been spread through mass media.

It gives the appearance of being a loophole to save money, giving it a special appeal to the dull American mind.

Are they actually affiliated or do they just receive funding/get used because their direct usefulness to CIA? Like self-hosted Matrix/Signal/Tor.

There's a lighting effect (those shimmering ribbons in the egg room) that makes mine struggle too, but turning the graphics down to "good" gets rid of that effect and fixes the issue.

No I don't think an Oblivion style remaster would work. Morrowind is very "pre-modern" in terms of game design conventions.

The closest thing we have is OpenMW which builds in support for high view distances, shadows, water shaders, etc. and mods like graphic herbalism and weapon sheathing.

I'm playing it right now with the aforementioned features, upscaled textures, and optimized meshes and it's a far cry from a modern open world game. The world was clearly designed with a short view distance in mind and the topographic design is archaic and VERY unrealistic.

Vvardenfell is an interesting setting, but it won't feel modern without changes that reach full remake territory. Totally rebuilt topography, no/reduced instancing between buildings and the overworld, modern redesigned dungeons and ambient music to go with them (weird to be trolling a ruin with the triumphant Morrowind theme playing), etc.

I like rocks and minerals (crystals) and also math & geometry so it would be cool to have a tetrahedral (3-sided pyramid) crystal.

Unfortunately, for what I can only assume are woo reasons, rock shops seem to exclusively stock 4-sided pyramids.
