NYT has multiple pictures. It's a formerly forgotten Revolutionary War era flag that's been adopted by extremists trying to overthrow the US government and establish a Christian theocracy.

Surely that country can be fixed with voting. Another blue term is everything that’s needed to stop this decades long plunge into idiocracy.
Voting is certainly not going to fix all our problems, but another trump term would make them unimaginably worse.
We actually have a shot at retaking the Supreme Court this cycle, but if Republicans win we'll be saddled with decades of this madness.

It's really fucking simple:
Don't stop pushing when the voting is finished.
That's it. Work together even after all the lines close.
They spent decades stacking the courts to dictate the rule of law and make any of their actions nice and legal.
They spent decades establishing a propaganda machine so support wouldn't wain as they upgrade the dog whistles to dog sirens and implement a Christian Fascism dictatorship.
Why anyone is surprised by this is the deeply troubling part.
I mean it’s not the only deeply troubling part, but having grown up attending many youth oriented religious events that constantly preached stacking the courts, electing strong Christian leaders, and generally ‘taking back America for Jesus’, I’m not surprised at all but I am terrified
