Who would this have been in the film?
- I am unsure, maybe someone who remembers the movie can give us a hint?
  
  I remember the movie, but I don't remember any characters who look like this. Maybe it was an early design for a less physical General Kael? Or perhaps there was another role in the film for an advisor to Queen Bavmorda. His cowl piece looks similar to the queen's crown design.

  That made me remember Jodorowsky's Dune. I guess I will never get over it T_T
