Started a slow cooked Japanese beef curry and realised daddy done stuffed up the timing.
So ask me again tomorrow night what we're having for dinner and it'll be a nice tender 4hr slow cooked Japanese curry because tonight... Frozen pizza!
Never had a slow cooked Japanese curry before, I've always just used the roux blocks
Used chuck steak, the longer you cook it the better.
