What are some interesting/annoying continuity errors in the Office?

If I recall correctly in one episode Michael brings a bike to the office (riding it), in a later episode he doesn't know how to ride a bike
In one episode, Andy cuts Phillis' head off with a chainsaw, but if you look in the background of the next episode, she's at her desk.
They never explain how they get that big ass meeting room table in and out of the conference room. Sometimes it’s there, sometimes it’s a bunch of chairs.
- That big ass table can be taken apart to much smaller pieces and put back together like go bots forming the super robot.
  
  Yeh it’s maybe less how do they get it in and more where does it go when it’s not there.
  
  If you check, you’ll see that’s false. It’s one solid piece.
- Wait, you're right. Are they different rooms, maybe?
  
  Definitely the same room. I think the administrative task of breaking down a room for different purposes is just not worth showing.
