It's fucking ridiculous how the party of states rights also includes a states right to support counties in enforcing their will on everyone not in their state.

This is about El Paso county, Colorado. Which is the county Colorado Springs is in. Which just fucking figures.

Yeah, this is a Colorado county wanting to sue the state, not a Texas county.
- To be fair, Colorado Springs is Texas in spirit
luckily, no states have ever held up a county or city's "rights" like this, so CSPD can suck it and cry they don't get to go on immigration raids
