I had a friend who would always light his first cig backwards after a good clam bake.
- Huh I never knew this was a "hot box" phrase, I always heard it as the female equivalent of a "sausage fest" i.e. a social gathering dominated by women

Is the meme saying that the speakers with cigarettes are supposed to look like the people getting high or that putting cigarettes in speakers is something one does when high? Or both?
