Its fairly common for cities with old bridges that aren't structurally sound for trucks and cars go be converted to bike & ped only
But they went beyond that and actually repaired it while managing to partially keep it open to bikes and also building a seperate bike bridge temporarily
I was shocked seeing the bridge in Baltimore. It looked like suicide for bikes.
I hope they rebuild it with just lanes for bicycles and pedestrians
