10 0 ReplyYou need to replace the white sauce with Santa Maria Salsa (this recipe looks pretty accurate: https://www.seriouseats.com/santa-maria-style-salsa-recipe) served over the steak, and I trust those are Pinquito beans?
Now in the Northeast, but spent years in Santa Maria. I miss oak bbq'd tri-tip.
