MAY be, my ass! The only reason that there's any doubt about it being criminal negligence is that the people responsible for saying so are collecting legal bribes from Boeing and other companies like them!
Time to revive corporate manslaughter laws - we've been the bitches of oligarchic mistreatment for too long.
And they (Boeing) get a slap on the wrist and a waggled finger.
Bet some poor schmuck gets all the blame while their manager, who knew about the danger of the situation, testifies against said schmuck.
