Bonus dunk: Was curious how many lived abroad before the ban and I stumbled on this Quora post:
I wonder why someone would react like that when you presume to talk to them like a racist uncle.
BTW it was 50,000 to 60,000 abroad before the ban was even discussed, then the US claimed it was more than 100,000 abroad when they made their case to sanction and ban Koreans at the UN in 2017. Now (like 4 days ago lol) Radio Free Asia is saying there are still 100,000. Make it make sense.
100,000 living abroad is more than what my country sends abroad.
Real freedom is when you shock therapy a country like Poland or Ukraine so few millions of people from each run away to do lowest paid menial jobs in old EU.
In the US, you're free to travel domestically between your work and your home, and maybe burger King. And if you just happened to have multiple thousands of dollars and the time off from work necessary, you're free to travel internationally!
What's that about how 65% of Americans don't even have 1000 in savings??? Totally not relevant. Freedom.
Man if "running your country in a way that doesn't let its citizens take vacations" is a fatal sin what's that sua about a country where 60% of the population is living paycheck to paycheck without any travel or leisure expenses.
