Can't you just change zone on your Nintendo account and download the Japan app like you could do back in the day? Sure, the game is till in Japanese but you get the game :p

I dont personally, no. Emulation is a trivial task to accomplish on every device, really.

Watch them still never release it in English, because fuck you.
Well, it's not nontrivial, they won't just use the existing fan translation, they'd have to do it themselves. I do think they should, but it's questionable what they'd really get out of that, in terms of financial return.
