Liberals think they're the ones who disapprove of both Putin and Biden. They think the proper way of doing that is regarding Putin as the primary agent of discontent throughout the world and regarding Biden as a sweet man who's trying his best.
Anything else sounds to them sounds like apologetics or unfair demonizing. They have pudding for brains
Because when they say "both sides bad" they don't actually mean it, they actually mean "my side good, their side bad, but I know people won't listen to me if I say that." And they assume everyone else thinks like that too.

I've recently been cooking while my mom played the Colbert Report in the background. It's so strange to view the aperture that liberals see the world through.
