Turn off Circle to Search

In case you erroneously run into Circle to Search and you want to disable it like me.

Still trying to figure out how CTS is any different from Goggles plus a superfluous gesture.
Is this a phased rollout or something? I don't have circle to search at all on my 7 Pro
- It's 8 only currently.

Gesture navigation interferes with drawing glyphs in Ingress, so I avoid using it.
