While I appreciate this fellas enthusiasm and creativity, I had to stop and question his grasp on practical effects when he didn't recognize just because a film is projected at 24 fps doesn't mean you have to expose at 24 fps; over and under cranking are in fact some of the earliest effects to be commonly used.
Man it's almost like we had a specific military doctrine where nobody wanted to pull the trigger on launching nukes and risk immediate nuclear retaliation, destroying everything. We could call it Everyone Definitely Dies.
