Babe wake up, it's time for your unintelligible screed: Zizek and the search for "our guy"

To use the terminology of the hacker, Fourchan, "our guy" is typically an operator of the highest order. Ideally, we don't even know who or what Our Guy actually is, but treat him as a literal prophet like Q.

What if we defended everyone who "radicalized" people the way we defended Zizek before he wrote one of his more transphobic articles like a year ago? Saying they were responsible for the "leftward drift" of our politics, which sort of float in a vat with us until they force an out of body experience necessary to understand true morality for the first time.

Our Guy has Radicalized a lot of people. Even if they're inaccurate, imprecise, or flat out wrong, they spoke to people in a leftist way. They served as a placeholder where otherwise The Algorithm would have given them a more reactionary program, so we should be thankful and take what we can get from Robert Evans, John Oliver, Joseph Stiglitz & Ha Joon-Chang, from the random Twitter/Substack anti-Bandera researchers who dutifully pause to recite their evidence-free mantras about NKVD terror and Stalin's ethnic cleansing campaigns in the middle of describing completely real & sources pogroms as if the Soviets caused them by not assassinating Bandera with a James Bond esque poison globe gadget years earlier (God that was so fucking cool), to the Epstein researchers who piss off the actual victims, drop the case when it gets too hard, and neglect to mention Jamie Dimon more than once

YOU GET ME?

YOUR GUY DOES NOT EXIST.

YOUR GUY WAS SAMIR AMIN, AND HE'S DEAD!
