That does not look like it'll pop right out with a little bondo.
Maybe use a few cans to form a little bowl made out of resin, and then refloat the bits that are left of that ship inside it?
Thats a big ass ship. For some reason I thought it was smaller, like 30-40% smaller. Hadn't seen a picture until now.
It's a Russian sub.
