Where is the discussion of what our surveillance is being used for in contrast? It sure as hell isn't about stopping terrorist attacks!!! They had them on their radar, though! How can we understand law enforcement without corruption and their use of informants to peristently run criminal operatons?

Also since some of you are concerned about China's financial and technological power I encourage you to examine your framing of the country in the world at large so you're not copying and pasting Silicon Valley activism.
