Feels like a live action Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends.
- Feels a lot like a live action Foster's.
Might be ok, but it's not for me.

I think it was the second instance of Steve carell overdoing a voice in the trailer.

I understand that's his character, just made me kind of annoyed for some reason. Maybe I'm just annoyed this morning and has nothing to do with this movie

- I think his voice is just way too recognizable, so it seems really out of place. If he had done "a voice" it would feel better.
  
  I doubt the target audience will care though.
  
  That's another great point, I just really recognize his voice and it seems very off.
  
  But like you said, the target audience may not care. I hope they enjoy the movie.
