Top Japanese diplomat shoved to the ground, assaulted in bias crime in downtown Portland, records show

Yuzo Yoshioka was walking in the area of Southwest Park Avenue and Southwest Oak Street on June 17 when he was allegedly “jumped” and “shoved” to the ground, records show.
