I've found that it is surprisingly hard to get Bing to make tires in different colors.

I finally got something by asking for a car with brightly colored treads, or in the center example, bright orange treads.

Asking for orange wheels gives me orange rims. Asking for banana colored rubber on the wheels gets blocked.
