Disney releases new trailer and drop dates for the Specials

David Tennant and Catherine Tate will battle Neil Patrick Harris' villain in the three specials.

I suspect there's going to be more content coming up sooner than this, but it's good to have dates for the diary.

My body is ready
Glad to hear Tennant and Tate are back for a little while, but It’s been almost two years. I don’t think I can keep caring about this show unless the writing and characters improve dramatically. If you discount the poor storylines of the last two seasons then it’s been nearly 5 years.
- Russell T Davies is back. All is forgiven.
Dec 9 sounds promising.

I'm used to BBC failing to account for timezones and not actually releasing Christmas episodes by Christmas and New Years episodes before new years.
This is nice, now I can watch it legally
