Upgrading to 0.19.11 today at 18:00 UTC EDIT: Success

Upgrading to 0.19.11, which fixes a security vulnerability and a couple of new features. Release notes here for more information.

For this upgrade I expect there to be no or very minimal downtime(5min or less). However, if any major issues occurs during the upgrade, you can check the uptime site here or site status here

EDIT: I had to do the update a bit later, than expected, but it is now updated. There was an issue, causing some downtime. The cause was that the database slots filled up, but it is now fixed.
