I was expecting more savory pies on that list, honestly.

Marie Callender's, a restaurant chain mostly in California known for their pies, has an egg custard pie on their menu.
Also, while American-style egg custard pie may not be super-common today --- I don't know --- East Asian cuisine has egg tarts, and I see them commonly available in Asian restaurants around the San Francisco Bay Area.
Water pie? Boiled water, I assume...
Bit more then that but uhh... not much. Here's someone who made and tasted it. I like his channel too, he makes a lot of weird old recipes and tries them, on occasion they're good, which is always a nice surprise.
